Shipping policy
❥We send our packages for all US orders with FedEx Couriers Express Delivery (with Free Shipping Costs) & ALL other destinations by the Hellenic Post office, A' Priority Registered Air mail.
❥Please allow us 1 to 9 working days to make the jewelry! (Every single piece is handcrafted to the littlest detail.....)
❥We notify you with the tracking number as soon as the package is on its way to you! The jewelry will be delivered in a beautiful gift-wrapped box tucked in a leatherette pochette!
❥Package delivery:
Regular shipping times approximately:
4-9 business days to Europe
2 - 5 business days to U.S-Canada (via FedEx Couriers)
2-4 weeks to the Rest of world (restrictions may apply - please contact us...)
❥Express Shipments with FedEx takes:
3-5 business days to USA

The shipping method for all items is: A' Priority Registered Air Mail with tracking number through the Hellenic Post.
(The postman will come to your address to deliver to you. If you are not there, he will leave a note for you to arrange re-deliver or to go and pick your item from your nearest post office. )
Note: Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping up to 6 weeks.
The timings are given as an estimation (!)
Any delay at the destination countries are beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.
Address:
The order will be shipped to the address as stated specifically by you (please do NOT forget to add a contact nr. as well!).
Please make sure you provide the correct address! Ellina's Treasures is not responsible for incorrect address therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, from the post office, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT:
Ellina's Treasures Jewelry House is not responsible for:
- Incorrect address
- Any time delay due to customs, weather, saturation etc...
Post office mistakes and failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our valued customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages (unfortunately :-( ).
If a customer of ours faces a problem like that, we will do our best to help out and try to locate the package.
If your package has not arrived a month after it has shipped please contact us immediately!!!
Steps can be taken to try and locate your package, by filing a claim with Hellenic Post Office 40 days AFTER the package has been shipped. We will be more than happy to help you with that!!
